چکیده
In recent years, the incidence of cardiovascular disease has been increasing year by year, gradually developed into a global health problem, in world wide concern. Non - cardiac injury is one most common diseases. The rehabilitation patients with non-cardiac myocardial related to their life and quality life. Rehabilitation exercise helpful improve therapeutic effect patients. purpose this paper explore specific effects on promote full play role treatment noncardiac injury. First illustrate application optical microscope, then from reflection non damage formation mechanism are introduced, based cases were retrospectively analyzed experiment, treatment, basis puts forward corresponding scientific plan. Experimental results show that compared intervention before after intervention, 17% or so, speed increased about 21%, recurrence rate was reduced so sports promoting good effect.

Association between intraoperative heart rate and postoperative myocardial injury in patients following non-cardiac surgery
Introduction Approximately 10% patients who undergo non-cardiac surgery show biochemical evidence of myocardial injury, which is associated with cardiac complications and death [1]. The aetiology and mechanisms of perioperative myocardial injury are incompletely understood. Observational studies have described associations between perioperative tachycardia and postoperative cardiac complication...
متن کاملThe aetiology of myocardial injury after non-cardiac surgery
Recognition of myocardial injury after non-cardiac surgery is difficult, since strong analgesics (e.g. opioids) can mask anginal symptoms, and ECG abnormalities are subtle or transient. Thorough knowledge of the pathophysiological mechanisms is therefore essential. These mechanisms can be subdivided into four groups: type I myocardial infraction (MI), type II MI, non-ischaemic cardiac pathology...

Background: Simultaneous electrocardiographic (ECG) changes are seen in hemorrhagic brain events even in the absence of associated myocardial infarction (MI). This study was designed to assess the role of ECG changes to predict true MI in patients with hemorrhagic brain trauma. Methods: Data of 153 patients with traumatic brain injury and concomitant ECG changes were recorded. Enzyme study w...
متن کاملEffect of sevoflurane combination with epidural anesthesia on myocardial injury in patients with coronary artery disease undergoing non-cardiac surgery.
OBJECTIVE To determine the effect of sevoflurane combination with epidural anesthesia on myocardial injury in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) undergoing non-cardiac surgery METHODS The investigation was performed in TianJin NanKai Hospital, TianJin, China from November 2009 to March 2010. Eighty patients with CAD undergoing elective abdominal surgery were randomized into 4 groups:...
متن کاملAssessment of severe reperfusion injury with T2* cardiac MRI in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
BACKGROUND In patients with acute myocardial infarction, restoration of coronary flow by primary coronary intervention (PCI) can lead to profound ischaemia-reperfusion injury with detrimental effects on myocardial salvage. Non-invasive assessment of interstitial myocardial haemorrhage by T2* cardiac MRI (T2*-CMR) provides a novel and specific biomarker of severe reperfusion injury which may be ...
